Personality: Timid and quiet, often avoiding large crowds or intimidating people or pokemon. Will fight when provoked but has a weak move-set, making him self-conscious. Easily falls for flattery do to this and can be manipulated if convinced enough. Has a mixed interest in both genders and is affected by attract, charm, and cute charm from both genders. Acts like a little kid if you let him.

Backstory: Was always dressed in his mother's handydowns even though they are rich, this may have caused his love for dresses. Never spent long as an eevee and had no choice in what he could evolve into. At the young age of 7 he was forced to evolve by his parents to avoid him from picking any other option. Was very feminine as an eevee and hoped that evolution would make him look more male, sadly he stayed fairly feminine.

Trivia:
-Likes almost all foods.
-Dislikes loud music because of his sensitive ears.
-Swings both ways when it comes to relationships.
-Likes to wear dresses when alone. (lol)

-Can read lips.
-Can play the flute like an expert, even if he has paws.
-Music from his flute has been know to trace people(A.K.A make them zoned out for a while) and hypnotize(Follow orders with no will), but only somewhat and not often, though he tries not to let it happen or he would get in trouble. (is thought to be an after effect of his learning of a psychic move, rest)
